This website

  • There are no accounts, no analytics and no tracking cookies on this website.
  • If you email us, we keep your email address and message so that we can reply and follow up on your enquiry.
  • The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as your IP address and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may also set strictly necessary security cookies for this purpose.

The customer platform

  • Account details. Your name, email address and company, used to log you in and give you access to the service.
  • Cookies. Essential authentication cookies only, which keep you signed in. They are not used for tracking or advertising.
  • Operational telemetry. Data from customer sites, such as equipment, electricity and water measurements. This is generally not personal data and is processed under the agreement with each customer.

Lawful basis

  • Enquiries: our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us.
  • Customer accounts and telemetry: performance of a contract with the customer.

Who processes data for us

  • Cloudflare: DNS, network protection and email address protection.
  • Hosting provider: {{VPS_PROVIDER}}, {{REGION}}.
  • Email provider: {{EMAIL_PROVIDER}}.

We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.

International transfers

If any of these providers stores or processes personal data outside the UK, it does so under appropriate safeguards, such as a UK adequacy decision or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA).

How long we keep it
